Was that watched designed to be worn on the inside of the wrist?

Hope this doesn't lower the high standard on this thread!

First time i've worn a watch in 20 odd years...

Not lowering the tone at all smile

It's been a while since I wore this, however its quality never fails to impress.

Love that, a lot, a bit like mine but a lot more special hehe

thumbup I need to try to get as clean a dial shot of mine as you have yours!

There's a lot to be said for Seiko's "5" range, plenty of choice and great watches for the money.

It was originally designed for, pilots to wear on the inside of the wrist but it works equally well as a drivers watch worn on the outside.

The Darth has been a perfect holiday watch so far having taken it scuba diving several times in the Cenote caves and open water, and also serving double duty poolside with the cucumber mojitos beer

.......can't quite fit them all on my wrist at once, but a little collection I have been acquiring over the last couple of years.... It gets very addictive .....

I'm guessing at least the 2 x Breitling Bentley Tourbillon are replicas?
I'm guessing the Rolex is too.
The vintage Seamaster bottom left could be real, but given the rest of the collection, odds are it is a frankenwatch at best. The Gucci at the top right also could be real, not sure anyone would bother faking that.
Breitlings are hilariously bad fakes the open heart Seagull movement is a easy give away. None of the Rolex's or Omega watches look right to me. I can't tell about the others, the image is too poor, but given so many duffers in one box, I'd be gobsmacked if they weren't also purchased from the bloke in the market with the watch display on the inside of his flasher style raincoat.

Why do it? There are fakes available that can fool an expert in a detailed examination. You often need to take the back off. The fact that these can be so easily spotted in such a poor grainy photo means that they must look terrible in the flesh. Perhaps these are worn with a checkered suit, hula hoop waisted trousers, oversize shoes and a squirty button hole flower - then they might not look out of place.

Does yours make a clicking sound when you wind the crown back in? Sounds like the spring is slipping against something. Happy with mine apart from that noise..

Ah balls, mine was smooth a few times then this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjhiSwd6M0U

It's a shame because apart from that I'm smitten with it.

Looks great on the mesh, this is about the best picture I could get of mine. It's one of the few watches I stare at when wearing it.

Ouch that doesn't sound nice. frown Just noticed looking at the pics that the hour markers on the bezel at 9 & 11 are different to the rest. Random!

That's by design, I don't mind it at all.

They've offered to arrange a collection to have to watch returned and repaired at their cost as they think the spring has broken. I won't be a penny out of pocket, it just sucks after waiting a month to get it, only to have to return it.
