Timex Intelligent Quartz - any good?

Has anyone had any experience good or bad of the Timex Intelligent Quartz and in particular model T49865?
They are retailing for around £120-140..... good value ?
Or can anyone like to recommend something similar?

It's a quartz Timex, it'll be about as reliable as watches get.

Although for >£100 there are many options.

I bet that's good looking in the metal. I really like the compass style bezel.

Do you want it as an outdoors watch? If so don't forget Suunto and you can get a lot of Casio G-Shock for that money.

To be honest I really like the design, I'm not fussed about the compass function.
I do own a G-Shock
