But a pair would double the OP's budget!
As the gloves are clearly off, against your two UGs, I up the anti with a single GO.

Took a look at one of these in a Dubai boutique last year. Bloody lovely and waaaaay out of my price range.

If you like the look, they're a very decent brand, what with the tegmented steel they use to prevent scratches.

I like some Tags and the two I had were fine. One had an issue with a stuck date wheel that they fixed quickly enough. Just to give some positive user experience.

Which one? There are a lot of them. As a brand, terrific value, well made Teutonic watches.

ETA - stay away from the TAG. You probably want it to be still working in 20 years time.
Not brilliant advice for the reason offered. I have a 23yr old TAG Heuer 4000 automatic which is perfect in every respect.

It was meant to be read tongue in cheek. They're mainly ETAs inside, just like most of the others at their price point.

As has been said many times on here TAGs don't seem to offer value for money when compared to other brands at the same price point. Just an opinion of course, but one that appears to shared by many in the watch buying community.
