I have tried following the manual, tried online bits and bobs, and still my G-Shock Gw-3000B Sky Cockpit tells the wrong time and has a daily alarm I do not need.

Any able to help me in resetting the thing so I can once again enjoy wearing it?

It didn't change itself when the clocks went back, so I tried to do it myself, and being the technotard that I am, I've done something to it that I need help undoing.

Anyone able to assist?

Have you set it so it thinks it's in a random city? Whenever one of my Gs goes haywire it's usually because it's decided to be in Paris, or Rome or Casafkingblanca for some unfathomable reason.

With most of them you can switch off the cities you don't want which stops that happening. Usually something like go into world time mode, then press and hold the "setting" pusher and, as you step through the cities you'll see "on" or "off" displayed. Turn off all the ones you don't want (probably everything except London and your favourite holiday country) and you'll never be in Casafkingblanca again smile

OP, can you post the module number off the case back (4 digits in a rectangle)?

Agree to the terms and conditions and then put in the 4 digit module number in the next page.
This will give you the full online manual for the watch.
