I have been looking at some watches on Chrono24 advertised by a company in London called Tourbillion.
Just wondered if anyone on here has had any dealings with them, they don't appear to have a website.

I think they've popped up on there fairly recently. I've been browsing Chrono24 fairly regularly for a couple of months looking for a specific watch, and about a month ago all the recent adverts were Tourbillion who seemed to be advertising just about everything. "Trusted seller" but only since 2014. They may be genuine and great, but I must admit I got a bit fed up of the fact that Chrono24 was suddenly flooded by them - felt a bit like spam advertising.

Sadly, the watch I want can't be bought new, so they don't list it anyway. But even if they did - I think there are established dealers I'd trust more (e.g Dominic Hackett).

Thank you guys, I may be a bit over cautious, but I think I will give them a miss and go else where. I'm looking for a particular watch but haven't seen a used example, I'm considering new.

I used them to purchase a £10k watch. They were very good, I used the chrono24 account for payment so monies are held until u receive the watch so no issue there. My main concern was that like a lot of these people that list loads of items was that they did actually have the watch, didn't want to commit then find it took weeks as they didn't actually have the item ... They confirmed they did and indeed the watch was with me within a week even though it took 3 days for my wire to get received at chrono
Watch came from Austria not London so I think they broker stuff but I would use them again all good from me

I nearly used them a few weeks ago but was put off by very vague responses to direct questions in my email. I could have called I suppose but I was feeling cautious and ended up using Watchfinder for around 10% more.

The address is on my running route. I'll have an eyeball when i next go past (so maybe 2 weeks time biggrin) and see if there's an name plaque or some other sign of life. It's a shame that they don't have a shop front for a nose around. It's a lost opportunity for them too as Wimbledon Village is heaving with wealthy bods dipped in cash and wrapped in credit cards. I reckon a store there would see plenty of sales to people with little real interest in watches, but plenty of means. It comes to something when the typical traffic problem is a guy in his McLaren 12C being held up by the local horsey set riding to/from Wimbledon Common.
