ETA F06161-where to source?

Hi all, looking for some help if anyone can. My dad has a Rotary watch with an ETA F06161 movement that has stopped working, & I fancy sourcing a new one to try & fit it for him. I took it to the only "watch repairer" in my town & almost had a fit myself at what they quoted to do it so I see it as an opportunity to expand my knowledge & do it for him.
Failing that, does anyone know if there is a Myota equivalent or similar please?

I don't know why, but that tickled me.

I can imagine some old nutter with three loupes on his head, tutting because someone has had the cheek to send an order when he's busy tinkering.
