A jewelers sent my Watch off to Citizen for a quote for repair (it needs a replacement crown). It's been almost 3 weeks and they haven't heard anything back. Does anyone have any experience of how long it should take?

If they don't have the part in stock, it'll be ordered from Japan.
I dealt with Citizen directly myself, when I sent my Signature Grand Classic in to be regulated, and they were great to deal with.
Even extra links, for a US only model, which they honour the warranty on, were ordered by way of a full bracelet – and mine was the rose gold/ss version.
So, give them a call and ask if they can give any indication as to when it might be ready by.

Thanks. I will give Citizen a try. I think it might be difficult for them to trace though as I don't have the Case Number. It isn't filled in on the warranty card and the jewelers originally said their horologist could fix it.
