Schifferle & Schifferle Switzerland contact problem.

Anybody else had problems contacting Schifferle's recently? Last year I sent them an Orfina Porsche Design Lemania for a refurb and they were very efficient. I spoke with Rita Schifferle to pay the bill and received the watch back in just a few weeks since sending. I bought another watch and sent it to them in January and agreed the work and cost. We are now end of May and my emails have had no response until the last one when I got an automated reply that they would respond on 26th May. Now 29th and no response. I telephoned and got an answering machine message in German which I unfortunately didn't understand.
Starting to get worried. Nothing on their website enlightens. Anyone else had any problems?

Update 23 June 2015 - HAPPY TO REPORT THAT ALL WELL AND WATCH NOW RECEIVED BACK SAFELY. NOT SURE WHY THERE WAS A CONSIDERABLE DELAY THIS TIME THOUGH.
