That's great thank you but they do appear to only do 'contents' insurance, which I already have. I was told that my current policy would not cover our three watches due to their value....two of which are worth more than £15000, which is Hiscox's limit for individual items that would have to be listed as stand alone.

We use TH March. A couple of years ago I had to make a claim for a damaged watch and the experience was faultless to be fair so based on my experience I'd definitely recommend them.

Is your current policy with Hiscox?

I'd think about cancelling your current policy and insuring with someone else.

We use Hiscox.

Hiscox covers items up to £15k without listing.

Anything over that needs to be listed separately.

Not sure you will get much better than this.

I have a separate contents policy, which is being changed, I guess.

Thank you for all your help.

Hello
I use T H Marsh for my business policy and have found my experience with them to be very good. I some times refer my customers who have bought watches from me to them and they have given cover when their domestic policies have refused cover.

Hiscox do a number of policies, some you can buy direct, others only via a broker. We use them for house contents insurance specifically but can cover the house as well. My policy includes expensive pedal cycles, Patek, wife's jewellery etc. Not sure that they would do a specific watch only policy though.
