Hi Guys,

I've bought a G shock GW-9400

Lovely watch, but the temperature reading is miles out, I set it against a known good source and for a short time it seems to be about right, but now for example it's about 17 degrees outside, and the watch is reporting 23.6.

This morning, it thought my bedroom was 10 degrees ...

Any ideas or have I got a bad one ...

Cheers in advance

Martin

I just checked mine - 24.9 and another different model 25.6. So within 1 degree of each other, and approx right for the room temp. Make sure you haven't been wearing it for approx 1/2 hour before you take temp.

Ahh, ok, maybe wearing it was the mistake, makes sense, I'll try again tomorrow.

Many thanks

*looks at you*

It's telling you how warm your skin is. biggrin

It's completely useless unless you take it off for ages. I don't know why they bother to include it.
