Aside from the fact you’ve missed out the 9th, 11th, 19th, 21st, etc markers, what exactly are you wanting us to say?

If you're intentionally missing out 9 and 1 markers (which looks fine), I would miss out 01 and 59 also for consistency, esp with a large 0 indicator triangle.
