Today's the "Ray Donovan" Seamaster 2254.50 on the Omega NATO that came with my Moonwatch. Super comfy in the warm weather. A NATO is still a NATO though in some people's eyes - even if it does cost £150.

Are these Omega NATO's worth the money? I want one for my SMPc...

Um yes black on black with the huge glass area means a careful study is needed, The chrono small dials are a complete no no,
I'd write at almost 50 maybe I should take a precautionary trip to the opticians - but that'd be too easy for you lot biggrin
U-Boat Classico 53 Carbon Fibre Ceramic Titanium Limited Edition

Nope.

It's comfortable and top quality, and nice having "Omega" written on the side of it. But let's be frank, the difference in price between this and a good quality black NATO from sBay is monstrous.

My missus saw the new Moonwatch on the Moonwatch NATO and instantly complained "Why are you wearing it on that cheap strap?". I know it's value, and I find them comfy, but if I didn't get it free with the Moonwatch then I'd have just put it on an eBay special.

At the lower end of the price spectrum, but I'd thought I'd share.

A rare outing for my Sekonda "Chavitimer"

Gorgeous dial for a £50 watch (although the crystal needed a wipe! biggrin)

The Timefactors one is nicer than your average NATO, but from the photos I've seen, the Omega one is a bit nicer again.

Whether it's 12x nicer, though, is doubtful...

Timefactors one is very thick and inflexible. Really doesn't work well imo.

That's a matter of opinion (as you say).

I find mine very comfortable on the Dreadnought Voyager I bought it for (works well in the water too!).

I can't compare it with the Omega, but it's nicer and more comfortable than any ordinary NATO I've tried.

Perhaps it works better on bigger watches? Who knows...

I seem to be having a 'cheap week'.

This Poljot Alarm is getting a VERY rare outing today (probably the 3rd or 4th time I've ever worn it!)
