New beater arrived today. Very pleased with it. Came to the office in the fun car today too, so the picture is bang in line with the spirit of the cars & watches theme.

Watch and Porsche steering badge! We have this years winner, only in February too.

You would have gained more points if it was a Rolex though.
No points at all if it's not a Rolex wink

Some of us are just skinny in the wrist laugh

Another day, Another TAG. This is my favourite Watch as it was a 21st gift so holds great sentimental value but that doesn't stop most of my mates taking the piss out of me for wearing it laugh

Haha, yes I do have skinny girly wrists. It wears big but it does fit. The perspective doesn't do it justice. Definitely couldn't get away with anything bigger!

I've got a 500hp 996 turbo to feed; I can't afford flash jewellery at the rate that thing gets through spares.

There were two posters a few pages back (from Devon IIRC) with pics taken in near identical RRs; I put my pic up because didn't want people stumbling onto the three from the wider web thinking this was an agricultural forum.

Methinks the lady doth protest too much. Just kidding, nice watch and nice car! I do want a Seiko to add to the collection but for some reason I can't find one that has both a bracelet and face that I like, although this does look nice.

In retrospect I'm just glad I didn't do this with my TAG Heuer Monaco pic a few pages back. hehe

I liked the idea of the solar watch, as the faff of services and battery changes is something I've been pleased to do without on the excellent Casio GShock I've got. Pretty good the Seiko Prospex (solar) range.

As a Porsche driver whose had not only several Rolex (still have a Red Sub and 16600 SD) as well as lots of inexpensive watches I was very much joking.

Nice Seiko BTW I have / have had many of those too.

I've owned a RR (and Mrs Digga is on her second) and two Discos, so I know how unagricultural they really are. biggrin

Want to talk real 'agricultural' engineering, what about a GMT side-wrist shot along with a V8 Morgan wink

If you've gone to the effort of matching your trousers to the upholstery, shouldn't your watch match the chrome + aluminum? tongue out

How do you get along with that strap? I've been thinking about changing the toshi strap that I have, but not sure I wasn't to pay OEM prices for a PAM strap.

I'ts been on and off the watch since I bought it 10 years ago - cracks just starting to appear. I bought a black leather Panerai straps a few years ago and was surprised at how 'reasonable' it was. Half the price of my Breitling black leather strap. Gets a bit sweaty in summer.Very comfortable.I'll replace it like for like when it breaks

There's dozens of aftermarket straps, but I've only tried the above. I posted a thread with plenty of pictures a while back as well.

Really nice leathers, and probably similar or less than OEM straps.
