Just wondering what the general opinion is on these?

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/chazanow/rede...

About £300 by the look.

I like them, was very tempted but already have two other kickstarter watches on order so managed to resist.

I was tempted but have never heard of this Kickstarter before and am wary of putting the money upfront?

Care to share which projects?

I'm a big fan of Kickstarter & crowd funding in general.

SP- did you ever take a look at the crowd sourcing for Czapek & Co? Slightly more investment needed however!

I'm a bit undecided - One minute I think it looks really good and the next it reminds me of a £9.99 Chinese eBay special...

One was the Meshable Chrono after seeing it on worn & wound blog it looked interesting, mechaquartz is a new one on me.

I'd been after a rugged watch for ages, almost brought a new Seiko Prospex, but ended up with a G-Shock. Saw these CoPilot watches and thought they looked pretty good.

Quite liked the look of the Havoc ones too.

I've only just cottoned on to the crowd funding sites recently, some very interesting stuff! Jellyfish aquariums, floating Bonsai trees and saw on Indigogo that someone has got nearly £1mil to build a Crystal Maze in London for visitors to have a go on!
