I think it looks nicer on the Nato as you don't see that gap from case to strap quite as much.

To me dive watches look odd on anything but OEM bracelet or a good quality rubber strap, leather doesn't work well in water in general (there are exceptions) and NATO straps (to me) just look cheap

The gap's not so noticeable on the wrist.. It's the angle of the photo really. I love it on the bracelet too but the vintage look of the Black Bay lends itself to changing up from time to time. Ref NATO's looking cheap I think that depends.. The OEM one that came with the BB is nice.. I'll probably give a Steveos leather one a shot too.
