Personal taste, but to me the Breitling is hideous and the Tag is not far behind! The Tudor, then, even though I've never really 'got' the whole "Rolex homage made by Rolex" thing.
+1 but not sure how insurance gets away with that, they obviously get 30-40% back off EJ

Go into the shop and pay for a cash buyer....

You get the cash, and pay for their purchase.
This.
Go in on a Saturday morning armed with a couple of nice bottles of wine, explain the situation to the manager and wait for a willing customer. Give a cash buyer £50 to £100 to convert your voucher, give the manager and the sales person a bottle of wine each. Everyone wins.

Except, when the previously cash buyer gets stuck with the voucher if they ever need to return their purchase.

EJ also sell Omega, so would be either a Tag or an Omega for me.

If I was forced this route I would also be going in armed with the best internet price I could find to get the lowest price before revealing I was paying with a gift card.

I'll be honest I wouldn't buy any of those three if it was me, but assuming the OP is certain he wants one, I'd probably go for the, errrr, Tudor.

Only because I don't have a titanium watch currently and I do have a Breitling Digi-Ana, otherwise I'd probably have to pick the Breitling of the 3, although as the Breitling shows as 2 grand more than the others if you can get it for the same price, it's a no brainer!

Serves 'em right for buying from Ernest J. They're getting a £100 discount (from the OP), up to them to suck that eventuality up.
