Mrs Pints gave me a Vivofit for my birthday last week. I've discovered that wearing it on my right wrist - to allow room for my watch on the left - gives inaccurate readings. (It's the action of brushing teeth that does it, honest! )

Because of this, I've tried swapping. My watch is therefore now being worn on my right wrist.
What is the most likely outcome? Will I start learning to write as a southpaw? Might I develop a stutter?
Any suggestions, because it feels bloody weird?

Spitting image. biggrin

It really does feel odd wearing a watch on the right. Has anyone else done this? Will I (and should I) get used to it?

My Fitbit is on my right wrist; in the settings you can set what wrist it is on, (dominant) so it adjusts the way it records your movement accordingly.

Thanks. I'll see if the one I've got has a similar setting.

People who wear watches on the right wrist are like those who wear bow ties - they cannot be trusted.

I've given up and gone back to wearing my watch like a normal person.

Same happened to me about 6 days after I got a smart watch. It's dead on my bedside cabinet.

Have always worn a watch on my right. Feels weird on my left. I also wear my belt with the buckle on the right. smile
