Morning..I've had this G for a while now but somehow the time has fuddled up.

My hour hand is exactly 1 hour faster than my digital time (which is the correct one)

I have tried to change the hour hand and I am having no luck. Before I get angry and try and fix it with a hammer does anyone know how to "fix" this?

You should be able to download a manual for it but it will probably have something to do with BST/ GMT.

I have the manual downloaded but what it suggests doesn't work or doesn't save the time I choose. Very frustrating.

I'm sure I had something similar and ended up setting the GMT time then changing the "setting" to BST,

My G-Shock GA-100b was doing this the other day and it was because I (or more likely my daughter) had put it in a different time zone - when this is the case the digital time read out changes but the hands don't.

On my watch it displays this as "PAR" (for Paris) but I think on some watches this only flashes up and then goes back to displaying the date?

Mine already says London and I tried the above too.
Hmm.
Might have to take it to a watch shop and shout for help.

In that case I'm all out of ideas. Sorry!
