I liked it so bought it.
As its a new model I have to wait 8 weeks.
Stunning bud.I liked it so bought it.
As its a new model I have to wait 8 weeks.
The Heuer 01 would be top of my list too. I hadn't seen this titanium version before.
Lovely
It's only just been released so they aren't in the shops yet. I only found it when surfing for reviews on it on the net here http://www.calibre11.com/2016-tag-heuer-carrera-he...

So they're rubbish because they're too expensive but they are also rubbish because you can get a good discount?!?
no they are rubbish because they have cheap nasty little $30-$50 movements in and they need repairing on a regular basis .........The platinum Zenith I owned was a beautiful watch which i regret selling and it demonstrates wonderfully the advantage of buying pre-owned ........14k new purchased for a little more than 3k
each to their own
The Zenith on the other hand, is lovely.
I will add a constructive comment about TAG Heuer. There was a time when they mixed Heuer quality with Techniques d'Avant Garde inspired design, which resulted in smart and reasonably priced watches. I chose a 4000 automatic in 1991 in preference to an Omega Seamaster. They both used the same grade of movement from the same supplier, but the 4000 looked so much better than the Seamaster in my opinion (see this MG? - I can distinguish between my opinion and fact - they are not analogous) and it appeared to be better made too, although this is difficult to qualify.
After the company was sold to LVHM the designs became less desirable and the prices rose without justification, as the new owners sought to capitalise on their investment. This went hand-in-hand with TAG Heuers growing popularity with the baseball cap wearing section of society... Prices up; bling up; design integrity and quality down...
So, TAG Heuer had it right but lost their way, whilst Omega found their way again.
