I have always promised myself one of these one day, I now find myself just turned 50 and last year my mother passed away and left me her jewellery. Which instead of keeping in a drawer and never to see the light of day I have sold with the intention of transferring the value into something I will use and enjoy having, to then be left on once I'm not around.

Question is, is this about as good a price as they get, if so I will go and get one soon or is there always some haggling to be had, I have heard that 10% isn't uncommon for a purchase such as this, thought please

Yes I saw that but was a bit skeptical about it, is it a trusted site etc.

Just been reading their reviews, so the watches are sourced from where I wonder and how old are they, it does seem they are from the eu and possibly pre worn, it seems you can also visit them by appointment as well.

The TAG shop in the Bicster shopping village normally have a couple of Monacos at decent discount. Last time I was there they had 5 or 6 at getting on for £2k off!

I have just paid a deposit with them, my watch in question is totally unworn all stickers intact. It has been registered at an AD in the Euro April 2016. Once I have it I will let you know how it goes!! Also used Watchfinder this week great aervice throughout and the watch exactly as described.

If you're going for a Blue Monaco, the CAW211P would be a better fit, IMHO - closer to the original, marked Heuer on the deployant buckle & dial, even has the crown on the left side like the original.

It's a bit more than the TAG one, but worth the difference for the look of it IMHO

I wanted one for a few years,so bought a new one . A few months later i bought an IWC Aquatimer and been wearing that for the last couple of years. So its a waste sitting in a box.
