I believe Ahmed Seddiqui and sons is the AD in UAE. Just call them and ask.

I reckon supply will be artificially limited in the gulf initially. For much the same reason the Audi dealer had a car park full of rs3's for several months after launch, Those on high like a period of exclusivity before seeing them on every wrist at every function they attend.

I reckon Saudi would be an easier supply route of you know anyone there.

Also z4 Chris guy talking bks, since when is this anything new?

One of my PMs picked up one in Doha last week 9400gbp.

Connections in the Rolex shop helped!
SONOFAbh! hehe
If I might enquire, did he just walk in and procure one or was he on the list? (that I don't believe exists).
As I mentioned connections at a high level in the shop. He decided a couple of weeks ago he wanted one. Checked with the contact & he flew down to pick it up. So no not on any list.

Others in the shop at the time enquired & were told next year.

Ive just been to the shop and they took my name and number but wouldnt take a deposit. He said they'll call me in the next few days when they have one but I very much doubt I'll hear anything.

If you're willing to pay more than retail then you have options, if you're not then..."may the odds be ever in your favour!" hehe

Don't conform, be original and buy another brand. Plenty of Seiko's and other brands out there that look identical smile

Sorry, I just don't get the whole Rolex thing, they all look the same to me and have done for 50 years plus they are not what they used to be and the style has been copied by many.

But each to their own and good luck by the sounds of it!!

Most brands have their identity. An AP, JC, Panerai or Breitling are almost identifiable straight away. I would say that a Rolex is one of few things you can buy today that's just as good today if not better than they were in the past. Hence the reason why everybody has copied them.

I've just tried one on in a place in Manchester. Selling for 14k brand new. I thought they looked great in the pictures but in the flesh they are stunning. Was tempted to trade my Milgauss in there and then for it but my missus would kill me biggrin

I have to agree. The pictures of Rolex watches look nice online but they look even better in person. Here is one I think we can all appreciate. It is on my list of watches I hope to own.

Lovely that.

You can get one with box and papers for less than the "overs" that the new ceramic bezel ones are going for!

£15 950 for a £25k watch is more tempting than £15 950 for a £9k watch smile

The white gold ones do look lovely with the Arabic numerals do look lovely but the steel with ceramic bezel are also gorgeous.
