My wife has a Rolex Air King and in some lights it is difficult to pick out the silver hands against the silver face. Does any one know if the colour of the hands can be changed? The numerals are orange so changing hands to match would look good.

Yes they can, a simple routine task for a watchmaker.

Have you considered changing the face, this too is routine yet more expensive than a pointers change.

To answer your next question, I've no idea how much ££.

cousins uk supply the parts but you need an account- variomatic is capable and trusted to do this work, but as with all people who are good at their trade he is often busy.
You don't need an account as such to buy from Cousins. You just tick a box to say that you understand that they are a trade supplier, so the distance selling regulations don't apply.
I've been buying from Cousins for many years, and I always pay for each order with a debit card.
