Oris Barrier Reef Limited Edition 2 query

Hi. Just received the above watch as a'new' watch. The only bit of plastic was on the dial, a wrap round piece. Should there be plastic wrappings on any other part of the watch? Also the crown was a bit wobbly when I pulled it out, not as solid as I expected, which leads me to think it is a returned item.
Any views please?

No plastics on watch body, just a string tag on bracelet.

The crown is oversized so maybe you are used to a smaller item.

Nice watch, I love the day indicator and general oversizing of the case, no messing with Spring bars here.

It's a bracelet and the watch had no tags. I will call the company tomorrow to arrange a return as the crown is loose and wobbly...not even on a par with my Seiko Sportura that cost £300
