This flipping is just as bad as the car flipping.

Bloody annoying.

I get the impression from TZ that supply is ceasing to be an issue - people who've been told they're 8th on the list getting the call from the AD in the last week, and even one spotted in an AD window.

I was thinking about trying to get one new at RRP from an AD, but I'm not sure I want one any more laugh

Had the phone call yesterday morning (Salloways - bought from them before and had fantastic service - highly recommended!) that one was available if I wanted it. I'm not buying it to flip so kindly declined so the next man can have and enjoy it. It was hard to decide though but also got my name on a Daytona (again to keep - not sell) so didn't want to take the BLNR in case I then got the call on the Daytona - which I would prefer so BLNR was only a 2nd choice for me. I think on another day I would of took it but gut feeling was wait for the Daytona - which IMO is a fantastic looking watch.

From my weekly call around the London shops yesterday, the impression I got is waiting lists are still growing. WOS now quoting 2yr, Rolex on Bond Street now up to 9mths, Goldsmiths at 12mths, Wempe at "who knows, we've not seen one for months!".

I want one to keep (to complete my 1x Dress and 1x Sports couple), not to flip, so I'm happy to pay RRP, but I won't pay the piss take prices dealers here are charging. If anybody knows of one available in or around London, please do let me know. smile

I have a fully stickered up brand new unworn BNLR- I was going to stick her in the safe for the future -
If anyone wants it for 7k they can. I''d rather not bother to approach a dealer.
Thats a decent deal. Plus it needs to be on the wrist , not in a safe.

I've found the thread on TZ - it was Kingston branch of Fraser Hart who had a BLNR, but that was posted 3 days ago. It would be nice to see a bit more supply filter through.

I was in Barcelona at the weekend. There was one in the window of the huge Rolex AD at Catalunya Square.

If you want it it's only a £100 Easyjet fare and two hours away!

Did you see what the price was? I imagine it works out a lot more expensive than buying over here in GBP now.

Chisholm Hunter have this weekend put one in their window for £8000 and it looks like it's used rather than a speculator flipping it straight after purchase

That's the highest 'Grey' price i've seen so far.

Well I just got it, don't know what to do with it though. It's a nice watch

It's still got the plastic cover and elastic band, the green tags, all docs, original purchase receipt from a week ago etc.

I'm not sure I'm going to wear it yet so if anyone on the look out for one, feel free to msg me
