I have an automatic seamaster that hasn't been serviced for a very long time, I may have been misinformed but a friend told me that if Omega service it they replace everything that is needed within the fixed price?

I have also heard stories about Omega replacing things, including hands and even dials - not a good idea if you want to keep a vintage piece original and preserve value. I use an Omega-trained independent watchmaker who would charge approx £75-£100 for a full service excl. parts, but he is based in Norwich.

Mine isn't a vintage piece, but it has some scratches on the bezel, so wouldn't mind them replacing that smile
