Wrist Check 2017
Discussion
Just received my summer watch. Wanted something simple and tough as we spend a lot of time out on the boat when the weather is nice, so decided on a Panerai. No complications so that it's quick to set if I haven't used it for a week or two. Did plan on using the rubber strap but I really don't think it suits it too well, not on me anyway. So put the leather strap back on and we'll see how well it holds up. Could always buy a waterproof leather strap at a later date. Or maybe even a composite strap if anyone can recommend a supplier?
I really like the watch a lot, just so solid it's brilliant.

Cheers and wow what a list!
I had actually been eyeing up a rubber b strap for it as read such great things about comfort. Any experience with them on Panerai? Quite pricey especially after import taxes so want to be sure.
Worth considering Everest bands too, while I've not tried one on a Panerai I do have them for Rolex. There's a few UK stockists tooI had actually been eyeing up a rubber b strap for it as read such great things about comfort. Any experience with them on Panerai? Everyone and his dog seems to have owned one of these already, but I've only just got mine and finally sized the bracelet today.
I've been wearing it on a NATO since it arrived last week. While I like it on a NATO the original bracelet is a bit of a classic. Much less fussy in the flesh than in photos and very comfortable, albeit totally lacking in fine adjustability once sized.
