I'm not usually that enthusiastic about Omegas but that's lovely, very classy.

I think they call it aquatimer. It's a new model, at least that particular design. I like it too but it's very expensive for something that's going to date quickly.

Thank you very much,it came with a stainless bracelet and a NATO,and a space strap......for you know, wearing over a space suit.....

Thought the simple black strap with white stitching really suits it.

It's actually a pretty old Aquatimer design and they can be picked up pretty cheap.

Not all that cheap in this condition.

It's a 3538 from 2009 and to my eye it's not dated at all.

No, yours is a mint one and titanium but aquatimers can be a good buy and inexpensive.

Thanks and no, not that cheap by the look of it! A little out of my league but a lovely watch, looks spot on to me.

I don't think that this design has or will date poorly. Of all the Aquatimer generations, this is the most cohesive in terms of design, employing titanium and the compressor-style case with internal bezel. It's a far better looking watch than the two generations that followed. I think that IWC's designs hit their peak in the early to mid 2000s before they started going crazy with bigger cases and altimeter date windows.
