always had a soft spot for blancpain
flipped the ap roo recently and love this blaincpain
this will be a keeper so i dont have an issue buying brand new
what do think of blaincpain watches & in particlur this one
always wanted date apertures - love the whiteness & want my watches to be differenct to each other & to my other keeper, a sub with date

I guess as the link doesn't work ... you've gone through with the purchase without the communal agreement of the PH faithful beer

Does it look something like this

Hi Memps

Unfortunately I do not have a watch of similar value to your link - Therefore can not judge against a Sub or Sea-Dweller etc,
It go's without saying but with any purchase of this value it'd be worth physically seeing & touching to making sure it's what you want.
I have a Brightbling & a 2016 Seamaster and the Blancpain is equal to these in quality, The dial is especially quality, when you wind the mechanism you can just feel/sense the quality as well.
It would definitely complement your Sub in a collection for those occasions where a dress watch is more needed,

Just be aware that the depreciation on this may be huge

Blanc Pain = White bread translated from the french

Since I figured this out I couldn't splash this sort of cash on the watch. A bit like when you see what Tissot reads backwards...

I have this one and it's a lovely piece. Always get nice comments from those in the know. Non-watch people just think it's a timex!
