I have to admit that my obsession with watches causes some family strife.
Have a smallish collection, but only ever mechanical watches.
Funnily enough I use a nasty old Casio watch for diving, as I am scared Sh1tless about losing something expensive.
Tend to switch about a bit, but mostly wear either a Rolex, or a Franck Muller. Drive a 996 C4s, so love engineering in general

Rolex 1960 Oysterdate (Bi Metal)
Panerai 2000 PAN002
Franck Muller SS - Casablanca
Rolex 1920's Cushion Back
Omega Seamaster Cosmic 2000
Rolex Mid size Oysterdate (bi Metal) = Wifes
Cartier Santos (bi Metal) = Wifes
Still missing a Patek (any), IWC Doppelchrono and Audemars Royal Oak, Breguet Type XX and Lange (1).
I did say sad.

I have a SS white face Daytona for 'normal' wear and a GMT master with black bezel for doing the gardening
That's all I need really.
Chris
Who said anything about need I tend to use the Sub for gardening as the GMT is getting on a bit. The Franck Muller is typically for day wear as it fit under my cuff.
Didnt want to appear sad but anyway..........I wear an 18ct gold Submariner as my daily watch but have :
Patek P Moonphase (my fav watch of all time)
SS Daytona (which I bought at list price from a UK dealer, which is unheard of as the waiting list is closed)
I really fancy a Zenith of some sort, will have to save up.

Yeah I've had a load of panerai's but TBH they all felt small after some of the bigger watches I was wearing at the time (including an AP T3! - sold and sadly missed) - I don't like the new Panny 47mm subs AT ALL - they look cheap and nasty. Even the offshore feels small these days! 46mm and up for me from now on!

I hate you.
Joe, there are a number of us on here that appreciate a bit of horology now and then. Unlike some of the other heathens.
My first 'proper' watch was a TAG 2000 classic and it's still 95% factory fresh nearly 4 years on. Just a great watch. I've actually been a bit disappointed with my Seamaster which has put various feet wrong since I bought it. Still wear it most of the time though.
It's a downward spriral though, and can be a very expensive vice.

That's a nice selection. Good taste.
I change my watches often, but currently have:
Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Anniversary
Rolex 18ct/SS Blue Face Submariner
Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date
Rolex Oysterdate
Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch with hesalite crystal back.
Audemars Piguet 18ct/SS Royal Oak
Omega Seamaster Professional
Omega Deville
Corum Bubble
Hamilton Ventura (Men In Black watch)
Invicta Grand Lupah Meteorite Dial
Cartier Must de Cartier
And a number more that I can't recall at the moment. I love watches, me.
My Nixon snowboarding watch got water in the altomiter/thermostat whilst I was on holiday in italy a few years back so I went to bologna town to find a new watch, this was about 3 years ago now.
the Bvulgari shop in bologna had just got these new pirelli watches, made and serviced by Bvulgari.
this is the one I got, wasnt silly money and all the watch you will ever need (and doesnt have stoopid altameter or thermostats to go wrong like the last one)
