I picked up this exact watch for 35 notes off of ebay last year..its great! Ok, its 'only' a bog standard quartz but the case and strap are really nicely finished. Really hard wearing daily beater, still in great nick after 6months of daily wear. Amazing what you can buy for a few quid these days! Its a mid-size, youll be disappointed to learn.

Isn't ebay wonderful (sometimes )
The PM on the Mako never arrived because I decided not to sell.
That Sub-a-like Seiko: There's one for sale on TZ at the minute for £110
those green and blue bezelled Tauchmeister: I've got the green one and had the blue one. They're excellent quality for the money and the blue is fabulous in real life.

I suspect you're asking too much, of a mechanical watch if you're expecting +/-10 seconds a month
Oddly, my Seamaster Pro (auto!) gained 3 seconds in the first week, then lost 7 seconds when I didn't wear it for about 36 hours, and has gained half a second in the last week. I tend to wear it about 12 hours a day, on average. It lost what looks like 1/4 of a second last night. So it's lost 10 seconds over a 3 week period. I understand it was tuned by Roy Taylor.
When it was nearly new in 1993 (and after it came back from a warranty bezel repair), my TAG-Heuer 4000 automatic managed to be accurate under five seconds over the length of British Summer time! Im sure that it ebbed and flowed and that this was the nett result: but even so its better than anything Ive seen since, irrespective of make or certification.

That is pretty impressive. Well, unless it was losing and gaining 5 minutes a day and you just got lucky at the end of the period. GC8 said:

Out of interest, can anyone explain the difference between the two. I couldn't find any other than glass type so the less than half the price made me opt for the cheaper of the two.

Vs one I bought

The only thing I could find was that the prospex seems to be JDM only. Movements are the same though so can't see what justifies the price difference.
