Orange stitching should look good!

I'd recommend getting a Toshi strap! Should be a bit more chunkier and you can get him to do the orange stitching aswell.

All these pictures are teasing me now!! We didn't get any post today, so I doubt I'll get it tomorrow. Unless special delivery comes differently?

Ahh!

That Watchworx one looks good! I hadn't seen that before I posted the Toshi one.

I like the stitching on it, and at £17 it looks like a bit of a bargain.

Arrived this morning!

Feels very sturdy!!

Gotta get the bracelet sorted out aswell. It's huge at the moment.

Might need to invest in a watch winder to keep it going!

biggrin

Do NOT lose the tiny collars that go on the pins.

You will cry bitter tears if you do.

Lovely watch the OM. Got mine a week or so ago from RK Watchouse having seen them recommended by others on PH. Total cost about £130 inc RMSD. Really solid feeling watch and definitely different with the orange face!

Bracelet is excellent but having seen the watchworx pic above, and then found that the strap with the orange stitching was out of stock, contacted Rich at Toshi (excellent service)and am now waiting for delivery of my black strap with orange stitching to arrivesmile hopefully around 16/2.

Get a monster, preferably orange - you know it makes sensebiggrin

Did you get him to do the same style stitching as the one from Watchworx?

I'm tempted to Email Rich and ask him how much it would be to get him to do a copy of the Watchworx one.

I think they might look good on a chunky orange rubber strap!

No, I went for "open" stitching. Rich's suggestion was that "closed" stitching like the Watchworx strap could make the strap seem a bit narrow for the 20mm lugged monster. Open or closed stitching doesn't, I think, affect the cost. Now can't wait for the strap to arrive!

Is there a non-ebay shop in the UK that's trustworthy? I'd love a black Monster.

They look OK.

A bit more expensive than Ebay, but only by about £30.

Could be worth a Google to find some other reviews on them!

Edited to add - The online shop looks OK. Not the watches look OK, 'cause the watches look great! I just looked at it again, and it looked like I was talking aboutt he watches, not the website!biggrin

What have you decided on?

I've gone for orange biggrin

Ordered it from rkwatchhouse last night.

First time I've used Ebay, so don't really know how it works, but I'd expect to recieve an email today at some point confirming the order and telling me it has been dispatched?

Thanks. Don't mind paying more if I can avoid ebay.
