The orange one connects via Bluetooth to your phone.
How do you find that? I have the white one, and it just seems to randomly disconnect.

Hi, only used it a few times (that's the problem with owning a lot of watches) and it seems okay. Vibrates when being called or when texts and emails arrive. It does disconnect if my phone is gets more than about 3 or 4 metres away.

To be honest the Bluetooth thing is , for me, just a gimmick and I only wanted the watch because it was orange!

I do though like the ability to make my phone ring though using the watch - good novelty value.smile

Not connected it to my iPad. It connected very easily to my iPhone, took a few minutes to get it set up after downloading the app. The guy in the shop had one connected to his Samsung phone- is that android?

I would add though that my iPad never seems to drop Bluetooth when using my Bose sound dock.

Has anybody here got a GX-56 ?

I keep seeing pictures of them and wondering whether they are just too big .

If you have any pictures or experience of one please share .
My wrist is about 7.5" - here is my King:

And this is my Bremont for comparison - this watch is 43mm:

The King's a big watch, but I find it pretty comfortable - as long as you stick to short sleeved shirts smile

Just trying to find a GXW-56-1BJF at a reasonable price...

Quite fancy a G, but find the range so confusing. I found this on instagram but no model number. Can anyone identify it for me?

Thanks in advance.

I've got one of these - its a great watch.

I can confirm that it lives up to its name as well - having worn it in a mud-spa place in Vietnam a couple of months ago!

However now feels very small compared to my new G-Shocks, as posted on the previous page of this thread.

I bought that one. It's a great watch actually, no digital parts in it, just a really fast chrono module. Fast becoming one of my favourite Gs.

Oh god, don't let the wife hear me saying that!

That's similar to the RAF Ltd edition, except this has the compass. Which model is this?

Many thanks. Appreciated. I had the RAF Ltd edition and it was an incredible watch. Gutted I flipped it.

Look great, but not cheap.

I really fancy one of these.
