Just for my own peace of mind , how long after acquiring a G Shock is the average time that you stop checking it against the 8 am pips ?
Mine is radio controlled, so I check it once and never bothered again.

So is mine , it's the novelty of seeing the seconds counter click over to 01 as the pips finish, little things etc .

Shipping included in price for UK sales. Overseas at additional cost.

PM me for additional info if required.

Anybody heard anything from Nigel O'Hara about their recent purchases?
funny you should say that - I raised a ticket this morning as I'm getting a bit nervous. Paid them £250 and not heard a dickiebird since irked My ticket raised at 9am has not so far been answered. I didn't pay on credit card so if they go under I will find them & kill them with fire.
actually just double-checked the site and they have given me this response

Thank you for your email. As you are aware, this item has been ordered from the manufacturer specifically for you. This is stated on the product page beside the 'available to order' icon. We will contact you via email as soon as we have secured a delivery lead time for you and will continue to work to ensure that this item reaches you as quickly as possible. However, the latest delivery information we have suggests that a consignment from Casio is due with us towards the latter end of next week which should include your ordered watch. When we dispatch your order, you will be emailed with a unique Royal Mail tracking ID and a link to the Track and Trace facility. Your patience is appreciated. Kind regards...
Still nothing here. I ordered on 27/06/2014. Can't really think it would take that long to get one from casio even if it was direct from japan?

I raised a ticket, response the next day saying it was due in the next week and would be dispatched ASAP. Got home from work today to find the sorry you weren't in card, so can't really fault them at the minute (until I open the box and find it wasn't their item in the parcel...)

Thinking about treating myself to a King this month, but the high street places don't seem to have stock. Have they been discontinued? Would like to try one before purchase really to see how big they wear.

I'm just back from Vegas and couldn't believe the choice of G Shocks in Macys - that, and the fact that they were a hell of a lot cheaper than here!

Very apt username!

The king is HUGE, it utterly dwarfs any other G.

Ordered a 3000M-4AER from Nigel-O-Hara on 29th June. Still nothing has been dispatched, customer services have been good at replying when asked questions but otherwise provide no updates. Still awaiting the shipment from Casio 'apparently'. Very disappointed, considering just getting my money refunded.
