There's 25% of G Shock in H. Samuel at the minute. I was considering a bluetooth GBA-400 like this http://world.g-shock.com/eu/en/ble/gba/products/ but I couldn't work out if it gives message alerts as well as the ability to control music. It's the message alerts that Im after.

Technically not a G-Shock but present from wife for my new job.

I've got one of them. Love it.

Clearest display of any watch I've got.

GWN-1000B-1A just arrived! Only £251 at the moment so I snapped it up as soon as I saw it at that price. They still have some in stock. Looks really fantastic in the flesh (poor photo). I agree with above comments that I won't ever be spending £500-£1000 on a G-shock but 250 is pretty good for one of their top models.

Yep like that.

I have one similar. Gotta love Protrek. But mine isn't solar and takes 4 batteries. That's about £30 every couple of years!!

Just started getting into the G Shock awesomeness , I can see myself being told off by the Mrs soon, picked up a GW3500 this week and a 5034 a few weeks back, chuffed as total outlay so far has only been £120.

Damn you PH, why did I have to click on this thread!! Absolutely love this watch already, and it scratches an itch until I can afford something expensive and Swiss one day.

Hennie Haynes, they put up they were doing some at a bargain price on their facebook page last week , they went very quickly when they went live on the site and sadly they are back to near RRP in price now.

Same as mine - loving it. Shame I couldn't get the time zone thing to work in Dubai, but apart from that....
