A few "G"'s from me
GW-1030A "30 Stars"
DW-6930C "30th Anniversary"
DW-9052 Everybody's favorite workhorse, not as cool as a 9000, but does the job.
And now for story time
AW-500's have a special place in my collection, mainly because it was the first "G" i aquired back in 89-90 for my birthday (AW-500G-1E).
Unfortunately my original watch no-longer exists, i took it in for a battery change around 1996 and the jewlers managed to break the piezo alarm, and not long after it succumbed to resin rot and eventually fell apart. I kept the head hoping to repair the watch one day, but that too eventually got lost.
So its one of the few watches i may have gotten carried away and collected the dial variations mainly due to nostalgia, and partly because i had the black/gold version and remember pining for the black sliver version as well.
1989 AW-500-1EV (200mm export version)
1989 AW-500-1E (20Bar JDM version)
1989 AW-500G-1EV (200mm export version)
1993 AW-500G-1E (20Bar JDM version re-release)

I'm thinking of selling 5 of my G's and I'm not sure where is the best place? I usually use eBay but is here anywhere better for watches?
Cheers
I would post a list of the model numbers and prices up here, then we can advise you on the best outlet through which to move them on Cheers

Has it arrived yet? What is the strap like - on a few sites it says 'resin strap', yet it looks to be a fabric strap? With resin inserts maybe.
If it's fabric i'm all over it at £60! Tah.
It turned up middle of last week, I'm very pleased with it, great value for £60If it's fabric i'm all over it at £60! Tah.
As for the strap, honestly, I'm not actually sure. The outer black part of the strap, and the inner orange part of the strap are actually different materials. The black part is a very hard fabric I think, whereas the orange part is a softer type fabric. Whether there's any plastic or resin in either I have no idea.
Sorry, I know that's pretty useless information.

Sounds good, I assume it is the same as it looks in the pic you posted, the G-Shock resin straps are good but I have some already so would like something different, think i'll go for this one, looks good for the money. As for the strap, honestly, I'm not actually sure. After being disappointed by my first g-shock (bought online, smaller than I had expected, difficult to read, difficult to adjust the time) I finally bought one to love yesterday.
it's a 52mm face and I love it. The only real criticism is that I think the illumination stinks - a yellow LED tucked under the 6'o clock position. It does have a nice feature whereby it self illuminates when the watch is tilted to 40 degrees, though.

Just ordered this https://www.tiktox.com/prw-1500yt-bracelet.html for my prg-240-1 Protrek, but now I'm not sure if it will fit?

I find it very comfy and light and it seems to get better looking by the day.
Get one bought. If you don't like it the Watchshop have a hassle-free returns procedure by all accounts.

I've got that and the black / stealth version. Be careful with the auto-illuminate function as it will eat your batteryit's a 52mm face and I love it.
