Sorry I wasn't referring to the subdials, I was referring to the large main dials. The inner of those appears to be labelled 24hrs but I'm guessing the main watch isn't a 24hr hour hand.
Oh, haha, didn't even notice that, the dial is so fking busy. nuts
I don't care biggrin

Damn you all.

This morning at around 3am (it is now 19:37) I read this thread as I was bored and couldn't sleep.

The upshot is that I have just bought a Seiko 5. This one to be precise -

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B002SSUQFG/ref=pe_38572...

But it didn't stop there. Oh no. You all HAD to keep talking about NATO straps so I bought a black, grey and orange one to put on the thing when I get it.

What is worse is that it doesn't even do what I wanted (just a general working/swimming watch) so I had to buy a Casio as well.

These will add to my Omega Titanium seamaster and er £15 orange Casio !

I hope you can sleep at night knowing all this. You should be ashamed !
Oi! I had absolutely no reason to buy another watch...

hehe

Thoughts on any of these? I quite like the look of the Red 'Niki' and Orange 'Jules' models

Website asks for a log in before it will show details. I'm out.

They differ in price - the Jules one I believe is £39.99 and the simpler looking ones near the bottom are £19.99 I think

The Sparco watches have 48mm(!) cases, so not really suitable for the slim-of-wrist

A few are also listed on Fruugo

A fair bit over £50 (£86 with 10% additional discount) but this looks like a bargain:

Good value but for my tastes that dial is just a wee bit fussy...?

For some reason I'm strangely drawn to it. Looks great on a NATO too:

weight is good

Casting marks on the outside of the lugs

underside of the bracelet is a scabby mess.

and the hours sub dial is an hour out of line.
