What to get for £600? Traser GMT thoughts?
Discussion
As some of you may know, many months ago I started a topic with an interest in Bell & Ross watches, with the scope to purchase one sometime late 2010. Unfortunately I have other commitments (First time buyer!) and the girlfriend has expressed her displeasure for me spending more money on another watch ... Supposedly the Omega PO should be enough!
Fortunately my Birthday is on the horizon and I can throw in a few extra notes So I'm looking for a modern watch, automatic is preferable and a display back is a huge bonus! I'm not keen on the Werner's watches or the Seiko 5 Series though.
I quite like the Oris Williams F1 Day-Date ...
... or maybe a Stowa Seatime?
However on a completely different sidenote, the Traser GMT Pro Blue (quartz) has caught my eye ... What do you think? Well built? Quite like the idea of the tritium!
Any other suggestions? Cheers!

How much are you selling your Glycine for? What colour is the lume? Am I right in thinking that it has a display back?
It's a shame Ernest Jones has sold out ... That looked like a bit of a bargain! Although I would have had to have tried it on first, in case 40mm didn't suit my wrist!
I do like those Ball watches. I had a browse on the Jurawatches website, but discounted them on price. I suppose I could always push for discount at EJ, but then again I'm going to be spending nearly £1K and that is hard to justify at the moment!

Thanks for all the suggestions! I've wittled it down to the Traser Classic Automatic (Pro Blue!) or the Traser GMT Pro Blue - It's a tough decision.
I think the GMT Pro Blue looks really unique and interesting, but at the same time, perhaps a little 'gimmicky' It's also quartz driven, but then again there is the benefit of not needing a watch winder or having to set the time when I want to wear it! Also, the larger tritum vials look better ...
However the Classic Automatic is an ... err ... automatic with a decent ETA movement and smooth second hand sweep, as well as sapphire glass top and bottom! The tritum tubes look smaller so perhaps less light (?) and I'm not sure on the large numerals. Although this sells it to me:
SO!
Classic or GMT? What would you choose?

I vote for the GMT, as seen here in 360 degrees!! http://www.thewatchdepartment.co.uk/watch.asp?prod...

IMHO, the GMT only looks good in the dark. During the day it looks too fussy. The Pro Auto is easy to read and is a 'proper' movement at the end of the day too
Completely agree. That shot of the GMT looks ace at night, but that daytime shot looks way to fussy for me...
I'd say pro-auto, the GMT is a good idea but a bit too much going on - I guess pro-Auto plus the thicker lume tubes would be the ideal...
That Seiko is loverly, but why the compass markers (I know it's an 'alpinist' watch and like the emergency G-to-A signals, but what is the point of a compass cadran?)
