question for the weirdo left hand wearers hehe don't you find it annoying having the crown/buttons digging into your wrist every time you bend it?
I don't wear my watch all the way down there, because I'm not "gangsta".

Gentlemen wear their watch on the north side of their wristbone.

I wear mine above the wristbone too, I've just tried it on the left wrist and the crown would rub as I bent my wrist up. Maybe I've just got wierd wrists. My dad used to wear his on his left wrist but with the face underneath now that I always thought looked really weird

I thought you wear it on your opposite hand, because if you fall you automaticly put out your handed hand to protect yourself , thus not damaging your watch

Left wrist facing out and while we are at it naturally the ring is worn on the little finger of the left hand! smile

Actually no, I wear my watch on the left wrist.

I just find it strange that the question should generate such enthusiastic responses.

Whilst I'm a "Left, Out" chap (rather than a "Left Out" chap wink)

I believe that the reason for wearing your watch face facing inside your wrist dates from either snipers holding rifles for a long periods of time or pre war racing drivers who found that the face was easier to read with minimal movement if the watch was inside their wrists...

HTH (anything other than "Left, Out" is still odd IMHO!)

Most people seem to wear their watch on their writing hand, but logically I wear mine on my left wrist, because it means the adjuster is accessable with my right hand.
No they dont. Most people wear it on the opposite side of the hand they write with....which makes perfect sense.

Watch on the right hand is ONLY ok if you are left handed...otherwise, weirdo.

Watch facing in...weirdo.

Watch on either wrist worn loose like a girls bracelet.......huge weirdo!
My grandfather always wore his watch facing in as he was a physician and it made it easier for him to hold a wrist and take a pulse reading at the same time.

I think it's a rare instance of utility, but it definitely made sense.

I wear left (opposite of my writing hand) and on the outside.

Right handed and I wear mine on my left wrist facing out, seems to be what most people I know do as well.

My old boss is the son of a stupidly wealthy (Times top 100 rich list wealthy!) business man, he used to wear a Daytona on each wrist! Rose Gold on one and a Platinum on the other, christ knows why; because he could I guess!

I do wear my watch at the end of my wrist, but don't find the crown too annoying. One thing I have noticed however is that I have a slight mark on my hand at the exact spot that the crown rubs against. It's not a mark on the skin so much as a slight change in pigment in my skin - that bit doesn't tan and is a pinker colour than the rest of my hand. Perhaps it's a metal reaction against the crown?!

And no it's not a cheap watch!

I find it annoying digging into my arm when I bend it. Desperately trying to find a decent watch with a crown on the left.
