any thoughts on this watch, always liked the look of it, anyone able to shed light on its capability?

Often on look out for a 2nd hand one but can never find one, all the google searches show a sold example from blowers.co.uk or a stream of "replicas" which not interested in. Anyone know where i can find any examples for sale?

Just pointing out that Heuerboy is probably the place to look but that he doesn't seem to have exactly what you are after. No reason not to get one - really love the vintage Heuers.

Absoultely no reason why you shouldn't have one of these. The cal 36 movement is of course the Zenith 'El Primero' one of the best auto chrono movements available.
When these were new IIRC, a standard Monza chrono was c£1600 and the cal 36 was +£3600. A very good watch, but because of the price it was a very slow seller. Subsequently, there aren't too many around.

I've got one of these and love it. I've had it since 2002 and although I dont wear it everyday it keeps perfect time ( for an auto ) - much better than my Seamaster. Great looking alternative to the Monaco - get one !
