Omega Deville for my Dad's birthday.......?
Discussion
It is my Dad's birthday in a couple of months and he would like a new watch. He currently has a classic looking bi-colour Longines auto on a bracelet and a gold Tissot (soon to be taken off the horrible expanding strap that he thought was practicle and put on a nice leather number).
He has seen an Omega Deville that he quite likes which is also bi-colour with a champagne dial but I think this is too similar to his Longines.
I think he would prefer an auto but would look at quartz as this would only get worn some weekends and special occassions.
I have pointed out the Classic Ebel which he quite likes (although quartz)but just trying to see if there is something else which may fit the bill. He has really small wrists so nothing too bulky.
Looking between £1-£2k max and it MUST be new! I have tried to convince him of the benefits of 2nd hand but my advice falls on deaf ears!
Any suggestions welcome
Thanks

I like that Oris thanks for the idea.
He is looking for something more of a dress watch I would say, I think the Oris posted is probably on the edge between dressy and everyday. I would think a Seamaster is too jeans and t-shirt for him if you know what I mean, plus he has quite small wrists......
