Omega Bracelet Links advice
Discussion
Peeps,
Need some advice.
I've got a Constellation which I've not worn in a good few years
However the bracelet needs about 3 links adding in - 2 on 1 side and 1 on the other.
Can anyone advise on the best way/place to get it looked at properly; and they know what they're doing - and know that yes, you need 1 here and 2 there (or maybe more). And also for them actually add them.
I appreciate that they are usually sent to Omega for servicing (which I'm happy to do) - but I'm extremely nervous about getting it measured correctly to confirm how many links I would adding per side.
Any help gratefully received.
If it helps at all, I'm located near Ascot - but happy to travel not too far if required

I'd rather see someone face to face.
The problem I had previously was that the clasp was not central on my wrist.
So I'd like to sit down with someone who knows what they're doing / talking about, so they can 'measure' it up and know exactly how many links I need - and how many per side to re-balance the clasp.
Blimey - that sounded like gobbledy gook - but I know what I mean.
I could take it to one of the high-street Omega dealers - but I'm not confident they'd measure it right/get the balance right.
Perhaps I'd be wrong .... hence this thread ....

I would be surprised if Omega couldnot help you themselves, or have a look at ofrei.com
That on both counts. Kinky said:

Your best bet is to go somewhere that has the links in stock and get them to adjust until you're happy. That or buy them from ofrei and take them to a shop that can fit them and once again size the bracelet properly.

Your best bet is to call the Omega Boutique in Bond ST, ask for Scott (the manager) and he'll supply and fit the links correctly.....The problem I had previously was that the clasp was not central on my wrist.

Although they won't be able to do it there and then. They'll need to order the appropriate parts in; and do it when it arrives (which is fine). Although I might send it off for a service too.
I explained about having the clasp centre on my wrist; and he got it
Thank you again
