TAG Heuer service/repair?

Anyone recommend a place to get a TAG Heuer repaired at a fair price (a PHer maybe?)?

I have one that the Ratchet in the Bezel needs to be fixed, on top of replacing the battery. Or is it actually an easy job that I could do myself? I found a site that lists Bezel Ratchet Spring for £12. What sort of price should it all cost?

Also, can you get the luminous compound renewed so it will glow in the dark again?
