Why would anyone want a commemorative watch of Barack Obama?

I do quite like some of their watches though.

I don't know anything about watches though, so I don't know what their quality is like.

I know it's not Rolex or Tag but surely it can't be so bad no one wants to comment for fear of embarassing me.

I think the problem is that it's 'just' another generic quartz watch, possibly overpriced a little, with only the Barack Obama link as its USP.

It's inoffensive enough but I just don't think it has any desirability and that's not a brand/price factor at all. You only have to look at the Seiko and G-Shock fans to prove that.
