Very off topic, but logged on to Facebook and it kindly suggested Dom H as a friend.

Now this is extremely scary given the only dealings i have had with Dom are about an ML enquiry, which i have to say he provided superb assistance, but i have no idea how the suggestion came about!

Anyway, small world Dom and just wondering if FB pals get JLC discounts.. wink

Same here and I was just as surprised, especially as I have only had dealings with Dom over Hotmail! My Hotmail account is registered as my Facebook username, but at no time have I given FB permission or the password for my Hotmail account!

A quick search on the net shows that there are a few other unexplained 'friend suggestions' that are bang on the mark, but difficult to work out how FB managed to be accurate with several degrees of separation!

JLC discounts, you say? scratchchinbiggrin

Sorry Guys,I can explain. I, er updated my FB account a month or two back and found an invite friends using your e-mail account to search, so far so good. There are two options, invite selected friends from the list or invite everyone. A slip of the hand, and suddenly 4500 people are invited to join FB. Everyone I have ever dealt with no matter how obscure the enquiry has been invited.Sorry for the confusion, all down to user error.Nothing more sinister than that.

Sorry...

hehe No problems, I don't mind! I guess it's not much of a mystery now though! How was your holiday, Dom? smile
