Strap question

Now that I've got my Seamaster Aqua Terra for daily use, I want to put my Victorinox Alliance on a strap.

I really like the look of either:

Those are 5mm and 6mm thick respectively.

Will these look silly on my 6 inch wrist, on a 40mm watch (lug width 20mm)?
Would it look silly if I bought a deployment to go with it?
Has anyone bought from stappedfortime before?

Is there anything else I need to consider?

If you can wear a 40mm watch on only a 6" wrist I reckon you'll be OK with those straps.
The thickness is only 5/6mm in the padded middle section, so they're not thick straps as such.
