Part of the problem is the huge oversupplying SWATCH SA have done over the last decade, I thought they were due to stop supply to non SWATCH group 'manufacturers' ? It's long overdue and limiting ETA movements might also mean companies make their own movements and these chinese companies start making some more new innovative cases.
It's all very well buying chinese fake watches because 'they're just as good' but who wants to go back to the 70's and early '80s when most companies were going or went bust when the quartz watches appeared.
