It's been a very long journey so far biggrin

It started with a fixation on the 089. I lusted long and hard over that watch frown

Too much research followed, and I mean far too much lol

Wrist tested an 088 to see if it felt 'right'....didn't do anything for me frown

Reverted to submersibles, amazingly I found a 025, 243 and a 305 in one AD at the same time. Narrowed the search down to the 025 and 305 (I found the proportions of the 243 a bit 'small') and then decided to let the missus have the last say.

Went back next week and they had sold the 305 frown .....the 025 just didn't tick all of the boxes either.

I'm now happy to say the AD have sourced a 305 and I'm picking it up tomorrow.

Quite excited biglaugh

I went the same route after years with Rolex and can now rotate them with my PAM196.

Difficult to source the right watch - ended up buying from a guy in New York through the mail.

312 and/or 233 are still on my 'options list'.................

They have a great following - take a look on www.paneristi.com for the GTG events

Ah yes, Paneristi

I got a 305 in the end. Pic in the wrist watch thread.

Love it to death, buyers remorse atm though lol

Are there any smaller Panerai watches? Something in the 40MM range?
