I have a 1988 Seiko AGS...are they worth anything? It works fine and is mint.

First stop would be ebay. Sounds like it's the prelude to the Kinetic range. Does the "capacitor" (read: rechargeable battery) still have a good store or does it run out quickly? I only ask because early Kinetics had to have their infinite life "capacitors" replaced after a year or two. hehe

Its holds charge really well once its been used for a couple of days, seems to work fine! might have a browse on ebay. Was wondering if it was worth anything as its one of the first ones i think.

Cool. Glad to hear it still works. I have a solar powered thing from the 90s that claims to be able to last 80 years. We shall see!

I think you'll need to find a Seiko collectors' forum...
