I've had my Orange monster since September 2003, so that's getting on for 7 years now. I imported it from Singapore, as at the time you couldn't buy them easily in the UK. It's never left my wrist apart from when it's needed a new strap (I favour rubber ones over metal). It's now on it's third one, abet non-Seiko as I've sourced a more chunky one to suit the watch's chunky nature.

In the past 7 years it's never missed a beat; although time keeping's not it's forte (it tends to gain around 20 seconds a day). It's been on my wrist throughout fixing cars, swimming, surfing, scuba diving to 35 metres, in stupidly hot and cold places and the only thing that's ever broken was the luminescent bit on the bezel.

One day I might find a suitable replacement but until then, here's to another 7 years of service smile
