Current forcast not looking good with heavy rain till ten... I'll pm you am, usually up by seven!the irony was, not a spot of rain there
Some nice cars and a super venue. Shame the turnout was not as high as it would have been on a decent day.Went through very heavy rain shower en route which is never fun in a powerful, low, rear wheel drive car.As it was already filthy after LeMans I wasn't too fussed that it didnt look its best but I can imagine the disappointment of an owner who's expensively detailed his car and gets caught in that on the way.
Personally, I like "interesting cars" and that means a lot of stuff that could never be described as supercars. Today was a good example. The Lancias were great.
Having a regular meet at somewhere like The Flying Horse sounds good to me. Course I wouldn't let that noisy M5 in , got to maintain standards

Only joking mate, love to see the"ring taxi" there.
Nearly all the stickers are off, although I'm considering getting the ///M colour stripes I had front and back, done professionally...So OP, are you organising this meet? I'm game. I know for a fact I can get there in under 15 minutes.

A super loud E39 M5 could wangle it's way to a "supercar" meet. Less than 5 seconds to 60 is good enough, right?
had one, they are epic, and most welcome.... but if you come you got to remove the plenum cover so we can admire the air intake horns.....It is rather enticing under there, isn't it?

Idiot prize of the day goes to the fool standing next to Mrs D as she manoeuvred out of the car park in the 16M : " go on Stig, show her how to drive it"
